Most recently, some of you may have encountered our foolishness at Indie Creators Con in New Haven, CT. It was an amazing show with tons of fantastic indie talent. Don’t worry, if you missed it, we’re sure they will do it again.

What about that Anthology you’ve promised us?

Don’t worry, We Suck At Comics, Volume Two is on the way! We are just sanding down a few rough patches and sewing the whole thing up right now. We’ve got almost all the assets we need to put the book together and will have a few special announcements coming out soon.

We probably shouldn’t be trusted with power tools…

In the meantime, have you followed the Kickstarter page yet? What? You haven’t?!?!?!?!? Why not?

Well, you ought to fix that then! Just head on over to the We Suck at Comics: Volume 2 Kickstarter.

Well, we can fix that too! We still have a few copies left, but supplies are going fast. You’ll find 17 different stories from 17 different teams and 288 pages of creative goodness as soon as you open the cover!

Or Barbie. We Ken-not take that, not at all. We would take her convertible though. And maybe the dreamhouse, but only if it fits in the trunk.

Riding in style to Plastic City Comic Con 2023

Ok, enough silliness! What’s this about a city made of plastic?!?

Plastic City Comic Con isn’t a city made of plastic. It’s a comic book convention! Which isn’t made of plastic either, now that we think about it…hey, I bet that guy’s arm can really stretch. Like that other guy, made of plastic. What’s his name again..?

Ahem…

Sorry, we get distracted sometimes. The point here is that we will be at Plastic City Comic Con on Saturday, August 19th for one day only!!! Mostly, that’s because the show is only one day, but that’s really not the point here.

And the point is then?

The point here is that you can find us at booth 110 on the show floor from 10-5 on Saturday. We will have our brand, spanking new anthology, We Suck At Comics, Volume One, front and center. Naturally, we will have a ton of other comics and a bunch of Alex’s fresh artwork. And what would a show be without Mark’s top secret beverage? Yeah, we’ll have plenty of that too!

Seriously, don’t poke that bear…

So fly on down to 100 Game On Way in Fitchburg, MA and tell us “bird’s the word!” We will make sure you don’t regret it. Or that you will. Either way, we promise you’ll have fun!

Rock n Roll, Horror and Comics - We're Going to Catastrophicon!

Ever want to go to a comic convention in a castle? How about one that adds horror icons and rock ‘n’ roll? Well, that’s exactly what we will be doing on Saturday, July 15th: Catastrophicon!

Catastrophicon is a one day show in Purchase, NY on the Manhattanville campus. The event will be held in the castle on campus and have tons of horror and music icons like Ari Lehman who played the first Jason Voorhees.

We might not be that scary, but we will be bringing all kinds of goodies from artwork to comics. You’ll be able to get your copy of We Suck At Comics, volume one. Anyone who buys a copy will also get a cool pin and stickers to go with it!

The doors open at 9:00 and the show floor is open until 5:00. Live music starts at 5:30 and goes until 8:00. Hope we see you there!

We're going to Contropolis New Jersey - A Two-Day Comic Book Con In The Meadowlands!

This weekend, July 8th and 9th, the Wayward Raven Crew soars into green pastures at The Meadowlands in Secaucus, NJ! The folks at Altered Reality are bringing a new show to NJ, Contropolis New Jersey, chock-full of comic book goodness, and we are excited to be a part of it!
