Great seeing friends - new and old!
We spent Saturday and Sunday at the Meadowlands Exposition Center in New Jersey at Contropolis just talking comics, art, shows and all things geeky. And we had an amazing crew to do it with! Heck, we even have photographic evidence!
We asked Outback for their longest table, and they delivered!
It is always nice to do a local show. For Alex, it couldn’t get a whole lot more local (a fifteen minute commute!). Mark, on the other hand, had a bit of a drive, but it was worth it. And he likes to drive anyway.
It was nice to see our fellow creators and fans at Contropolis. We love it when folks come back and continue to support us. We hope the free beverage(s) on a hot weekend helped too.
As anyone who follows our social feeds knows, we goofed off a bunch too. After all, that’s half the fun of these things.
Besides that, Alex was able to draw a little. We think his work came out pretty darn well!
