As if Sebastian didn’t have it rough enough being the only norm in Hero City, now even the creators are out to get him. Sebastian’s five years of court mandated community service are well underway in volume two and his situation just continues to deteriorate. Instead, he grows an epic beard (twice), manages to survive quarantine, endures a visit from his parents (who become superheroes!), creates a fish army that ravages the city, and finally gets back to the reason he is there in the first place, court-mandated community service.
